| A Panoramic view of Weymouth bay, taken from Falcon Barn (our family
estate) about 8 Miles from home. The lump on the horizon to the left of
the picture is Portland (a.k.a. Fraggle Rock) - the place where the very
hard white limestone used to build most of London comes from. Chez us is
not quite visible, but, if you use your immagination, we live on the horizon
about 1/3rd from the right of the piccy. |

to the Tall ships assembled for the start (not the actual start, that was
out in the bay) of the tall ships race, in about 1996 (I think) |

| My first attempt at taking pictures of lightning. I have messed with
the contrast and bightness - it was quite over exposed. I am particularly
pleased at getting 3 strikes of the zappy stuff in one frame. I am also
lucky that I only took 4 pictures and this was one of them. Better luck
next time. |
